Julie is a widely-respected authority on coaching, mentoring and personal development. Her books, The Coaching Manual, Brilliant Coaching and The Mentoring Manual, are used in training programmes worldwide; and she’s regularly invited to speak at conferences and lectures. Julie is also a fiction author for young adults.
Michael has impressive credentials in several market sectors, including two decades of operational management and a further decade of coaching practice.
David is an organisational development consultant with a strategic understanding of commercial goals. He blends strong leadership skills with a high level of energy and enthusiasm for maximum impact.
Andrew is an expert trainer and coach with over 13 years’ experience in learning and development. His background with premium retail brands is extensive and creates a clear focus on customer and service.
Jane has a background in linguistics, communication and the psychology of adult learning. She worked in corporate communications for 20 years, developing and renewing brand identities for public and private sector clients in the UK and abroad.
Ian's varied career in Professional Services gives him a broad business understanding that he combines with his passion for coaching to help senior executives improve their thinking and execution in their businesses and careers.
Natalia is an experienced coach, consultant and trainer with a distinct focus on presentation. She helps to create a desired projected image on both personal and professional levels.
Paul Snell CBE
Paul provides coaching and mentoring to senior managers. A former social worker, he has 20 years’ experience at director and chief executive levels in national and local government; and understands the range of issues confronting leaders of complex organisations.
OFFICE MANAGER (AND RESCUE SERVICE)
Sam is our first point of contact and makes sure we're all in the right place at the right time. She also coordinates training, arranges travel and manages administration. We'd be lost without her.
