Jane Townsend - Executive Coach

Jane has a background in linguistics, communication and the psychology of adult learning. For 20 years, she worked in corporate communications, developing and renewing brand identities for public and private sector clients in the UK and abroad.

Jane is a Faculty Coach with Oxford Coach Mentoring (The OCM) with whom Starr Consulting have a strong working relationship. She offers coaching, training and facilitation to improve manager’s communication, management and leaderships skills, delivering coaching qualification programmes for the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) as well as corporate clients.  Jane also works with organisations to support their people in successfully accepting and adapting to change.
